There are many benefits to working from home for both employees and employers – but in addition to the increased flexibility and better work/life balance, it frequently also entails back-to-back online meetings, makes it harder to separate work from home life and means less social interaction.
This has a negative impact on lots of people and is resulting in more and more people suffering from so-called "Zoom fatigue".
Working from home and online meetings will almost certainly remain part of our reality at work after the pandemic, making it all the more important to identify symptoms of stress and take action against these symptoms early so as to stay healthy and well-balanced. We discussed the issue with our expert Nicole Petersen.
