In workshop formats of differing lengths, we offer insights into effective strategies for stress and self-management, discuss the art of self-care and setting boundaries, and promote the factors that create a healthy team culture. Our trainings also promote resilience and mindfulness as a way of getting tough on daily stresses and navigating critical situations with aplomb.
Fit and balanced
Implementing changes in your behaviour and sticking with them is easier said than done. Our participants learn important aspects for making changes to their behaviour that will actually last when it comes to diet, exercising and health habits. Realistic strategies that fit with our daily working routines are very important here.
