The INSITE Community Assistant helps you prepare for your visit regarding:

- legal, formal and informal aspects
- health and disability issues
- visits to authorities (public health department, city hall ...)

and guides you through every step.

We help you arrange your visit (preparation and follow-up) and make it as successful as possible. We can also come along to your visit as a chaperone, if needed.

... the integration of ECB staff members with disabilities or other health-related needs in the Rhein-Main area with respect to relevant German authorities and institutions

... independence as and where necessary to deal with bureaucracy, taking into account specific disability or health-related personal needs

... the individual to address and overcome bureaucratic requirements and obstacles, providing support and a safety net for eligible staff residing in the Rhein-Main area 

• Hands-on assistance for dealing with German authorities or institutions and mastering German bureaucracy for people with disabilities or exceptional health and social circumstances
• Upon request, assessing the needs of eligible employees and discussing opportunities and potential solutions, acting on their behalf as necessary, facilitating access to relevant public institutions or service providers in the Rhein-Main area
• E.g. explaining and helping with filling in forms
• Chaperoning and support
