25 Years of INSITE
What began as a vision 25 years ago has grown and matured thanks to the support of our clients. The fact that we are here today is not only due to the tireless dedication of our employees and counsellors, but also due to the trust that has been given us.
Since 2000, we have had the privilege of supporting people and organisations through times of change, challenges, and new beginnings. With a listening ear, professional expertise, and genuine commitment, we have stood by their side.
Today, we look back with gratitude and celebrate the present — and boldly set our sights on the future.

2019
Merging with Asklepios
On 1st August 2019, the three companies INSITE, Asklepios Connecting Health, and TALINGO EAP began merging to form INSITE-Interventions GmbH. The goal: to better protect the performance and well-being of employees in companies – through greater reach, combined expertise, and shared values.
2024
INSITE sharpens its profile
INSITE launches a new brand identity: clear structure, modern design, and a user-friendly website. At the heart of the brand are three strong pillars: meinEAP, walk-in-hour MENTAL HEALTH, and talingoEAP. The relaunch showcases what INSITE stands for: clarity, reliability, and contemporary psychological counselling.
A moment with founder Dr Hansjörg Becker
When Dr Hansjörg Becker founded INSITE, psychological counselling in the workplace was still a bold idea – and often associated with prejudice.
“One evening, a manager came for the initial consultation, looked at me for a long time, and then, completely surprised, said: ‘Oh, you look quite normal!’ That was his entire image of someone working with ‘psychos’.”
The early days were marked by conviction, improvisation – and a mobile phone that had to be reachable day and night.
“We didn’t have a website, no advertising – just a number where you could reach someone. And I even had it on my bedside table at night.”
What began as a spontaneous solution to a specific client need quickly became a key component of modern health promotion. And although Dr Becker is no longer actively involved today, the key to INSITE is still in his pocket.
A Look Back – with Dr Matthias Conradt
Dr Matthias Conradt looks back on many key moments – and also on those that are just typical of INSITE.
“Once, on the way back from an appointment, we took a huge detour – over four hours – because a colleague thought she had forgotten her phone. In the end, it had been in the car door the whole time. We laughed so hard we cried.”
Matthias Conradt came to INSITE as a consultant, later took over the management role, and brought fresh energy with him. Together with his colleague Deborah Schütt, now an authorised signatory, a new chapter began: more modern, digital, and strategic. But without losing the fundamental approach: putting people at the centre.
Today, he sees INSITE as a balancing force for organisations – and as a place where mental health is not only treated professionally but can also be approached with a wink.

20 YEARS
Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG
In 2024, we celebrated 20 years of partnership with Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG – a true highlight in our history. Back then, Dr Martin Kern (Head of Occupational Health and Safety at Infraserv) and Dr Hansjörg Becker (Founder of INSITE) recognised how central mental health in the workplace would become. Together, they made a strong statement by introducing the EAP – becoming pioneers in corporate health promotion.
